Join the Pape’ Team! As our Parts Supervisor, you will be in a leadership role where you will oversee and support all Parts Department employees in our Sparks, NV branch. You will drive the team to success, all in an effort to ensure our customers can count on us to keep their trucks running in peak form. You’ll focus on strategic department goals, but be involved in day-to-day activities such as coaching team members, managing equipment needs, and ensuring all safety and environmental laws are followed. To thrive in this role, you must be a great leader, results-driven, and have a desire to create a great experience for our members and customers.

Requirements

  • Four or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge and experience with truck or auto parts operations and sales
  • Prior parts department sales and/or operational leadership experience
  • Ability to maintain good customer and member relations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support all Parts Department employees in our Sparks, NV branch
  • Drive the team to success, all in an effort to ensure our customers can count on us to keep their trucks running in peak form
  • Focus on strategic department goals
  • Be involved in day-to-day activities such as coaching team members
  • Managing equipment needs
  • Ensuring all safety and environmental laws are followed
