About The Position
Parts Specialist – Fleet Operations (On-Site) Location: Sunnyvale, CA Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time (30+ hours/week) Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime available) Why You’ll Want This Role Join a fast-growing mobility technology team supporting next-generation vehicle fleets. You’ll play a key role in fleet expansion by ensuring all parts and materials are properly tracked, organized, and ready for vehicle builds.
Requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
- Proficient with Windows, macOS, or Linux systems
Responsibilities
- Work closely with managers, technicians, and engineers to support vehicle builds
- Track and manage parts inventory across multiple locations
- Perform Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) following engineering guidelines
- Identify and escalate part shortages or build blockers early
- Organize inventory and prepare build kits using detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs)
