As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.  Parts Pricing SpecialistJob Duties Maintain proactive approach to ensure parts are available for customer orders in the system. Assist with initial part set up by assigning segmentation code, pricing new parts, and uploading into company ERP system to achieve Company margin goals. Review monthly price changes and generate current price lists for the retail network.   Assist with annual customer analysis and price adjustments. Determine comparable part numbers and conduct competitive research to be used for parts pricing. Document and track industry pricing trends and market indices. Analyze data, summarize findings, and propose actionable insights. Monitor sales data for outliers and exceptions, then provide recommendations for changes to management. Review quote requests and provide pricing for special aftermarket service kits. Coordinate with other departments to assist and expedite the shipping of service kits for timely delivery. Provide order status updates to key stakeholders and proactively communicate changes.

Requirements

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • Associate degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance)
  • Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • Occasional travel (0-5%)
  • Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
  • Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday
