The Job at a Glance The Pricing Specialist will partner with both in-house sales personnel and business segment leadership to setup and maintain customer pricing. You will lead implementation, troubleshooting and training on daily pricing functionality. Partnering with our leaders to provide guidance on growth and margin efficiency on pricing initiatives. You will be a subject matter expert in the execution and maintenance of our pricing engine and actionable business intelligence.

Requirements

• You have experience in an analytical data role and are experienced with providing sales enablement support.
• You have experience in SAP, SAP S4HANA, MS, SQL, Excel, Access, Sales Force or other data visualization tools.
• You're passionate about analyzing data, troubleshooting, identifying trends, summarizing findings, and providing recommendations
• You can demonstrate quantitative decision-making skills
• You’re an all-star communicator, proficient in English (both written and verbal)
• You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home
• You can work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST) / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (EST) with flexibility as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience in BS/BA in business, finance, statistics, computer science, information systems, or related fields is not required, but a it's a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to maintain and execute pricing agreements.
• Troubleshoot and support resolution of pricing issues and questions.
• Analyze large data sets from various sources to develop insights into pricing strategies and trends.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute pricing offerings to increase segment penetration and attract new customers.
• Develop process improvements to assist in the execution, accuracy, and reporting of pricing initiatives.
• Navigation of complex and overlapping contractual agreement landscapes
• Drive continuous improvement by automating, refining, and implementing business intelligence solutions to replace manual efforts, provide new and faster business insights, and improve efficiencies
• Facilitate ad hoc data-needs for strategic company initiatives
