About The Position
D2B Groups is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Manager to lead our client's parts department. In this role, you will manage the procurement, distribution, and sales of parts, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory management, coordinating with suppliers, and monitoring stock levels to ensure an efficient supply chain. You will also lead a team of parts specialists, providing training and support while fostering a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in parts management or a related field, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management and parts sales
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze inventory data and implement improvements
- Proficiency in inventory management software
