About The Position

A&H is seeking a Parts Manager to be responsible for effectively leading the overall parts operation. Orders, stocks, and delivers parts and supervises the entire Parts Team in our Gahanna, Ohio location. The standard shift for this role is 8-4:30 PM.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license for the purposes of driving a company vehicle.
Minimum of two years of experience in a heavy equipment or automotive parts department required.
Proven ability and demonstrated past experience to motivate, influence, and lead team members toward department goals required.
Demonstrated track record of providing excellent customer service and managing professional relationships required.
Must be willing and able to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the parts department team to achieve operational success and maintain a high-performance culture.
Provide expert technical assistance and professional "meet and greet" services to ensure a premium customer experience.
Establish and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed departmental profitability and growth goals.
Work closely with service personnel to align goals and ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating company values to all customers, partners, and coworkers.
Oversee the organization and maintenance of company facilities and inventory assets.
Drive the department toward long-term success through proactive problem-solving and process improvement.
Maintain a high standard of professional conduct and facility presentation at all times.
