About The Position

A growing and well-established automotive group is seeking a proven Parts Manager to lead operations at one of our dealership locations. This is a leadership role for someone who understands how to drive performance, control inventory, and build a strong team culture. Our organization is built on coaching, encouragement, development, and execution —and we’re looking for leaders who take ownership and deliver results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years automotive parts management or assistant parts manager experience
  • OEM dealership experience required
  • Proven track record of managing inventory and controlling obsolescence
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Strong understanding of parts department KPIs and profitability

Nice To Haves

  • Domestic brand experience (GM, CDJR, Ford, etc.)
  • Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of parts department operations
  • Maintain proper inventory levels, turns, and obsolescence controls
  • Partner with service and sales departments to maximize efficiency
  • Recruit, train, and develop parts team members
  • Monitor KPIs, profitability, and departmental performance
  • Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction
