About The Position
A growing and well-established automotive group is seeking a proven Parts Manager to lead operations at one of our dealership locations. This is a leadership role for someone who understands how to drive performance, control inventory, and build a strong team culture. Our organization is built on coaching, encouragement, development, and execution —and we’re looking for leaders who take ownership and deliver results.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years automotive parts management or assistant parts manager experience
- OEM dealership experience required
- Proven track record of managing inventory and controlling obsolescence
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Strong understanding of parts department KPIs and profitability
Nice To Haves
- Domestic brand experience (GM, CDJR, Ford, etc.)
- Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of parts department operations
- Maintain proper inventory levels, turns, and obsolescence controls
- Partner with service and sales departments to maximize efficiency
- Recruit, train, and develop parts team members
- Monitor KPIs, profitability, and departmental performance
- Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction
