About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee daily operations of the parts department at our Kia dealership. This role is responsible for inventory control, profitability, team leadership, and compliance with Kia Motors America standards while supporting service, retail, and wholesale customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of automotive parts experience; dealership experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Strong inventory management, leadership, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of Kia OEM parts
• Maintain inventory levels, control obsolescence, and conduct inventories
• Support service, warranty, and recall repairs with timely parts fulfillment
• Monitor departmental KPIs, gross profit, and expenses
• Lead, train, and schedule parts department staff
• Ensure compliance with Kia policies, dealership procedures, and safety standard
