Your Purpose as a Parts Delivery Dispatcher: Schedules and dispatches parts deliveries to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Ensures all deliveries are routed according to customer priorities, deliveries deadlines, and geographic considerations. Maintains and updates delivery schedules, ensuring all parts are delivered as requested. Serves as the primary point of contact between the Parts team and drivers and for all delivery-related matters. Communicates delivery statuses, delays, or issues to customers promptly and professionally. Provides real-time instructions and updates to drivers regarding delivery details. Collaborates with Parts team to ensure accurate picking and packing of parts for delivery. Verifies that all parts are correctly packed and ready for delivery according to order specifications. Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to parts deliveries. Operate forklift

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dispatcher experience preferred
  • Parts department experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Schedules and dispatches parts deliveries to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
