• Collaborating with the service team to ensure efficient parts supply for repairs and maintenance.
• Managing customer inquiries and providing top-notch service to ensure satisfaction.
• Staying updated on parts knowledge and product offerings to ensure you can provide accurate information.
• Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
