What You’ll Do: As a Ford Parts Counter Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our service department and ensuring that our customers and technicians receive the parts they need. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles. Providing expert advice on parts availability, pricing, and specifications. Accurately processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of parts. Maintaining an organized inventory and ensuring parts are stored properly. Collaborating with the service team to ensure efficient parts supply for repairs and maintenance. Managing customer inquiries and providing top-notch service to ensure satisfaction. Staying updated on parts knowledge and product offerings to ensure you can provide accurate information. Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We’re seeking individuals with a passion for helping others and a drive to succeed. Ideal candidates will have: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
