The Parts Crib Clerk manages the acquisition of parts, tools, and materials for facility maintenance, including inventory control, vendor communication, and processing purchase orders. They utilize MP2 for workorders and machine information. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Purchasing & Procurement: Order MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) supplies, create purchase orders (POs), and solicit vendor quotes. Inventory Control: Monitor, track, and organize parts room inventory; perform cycle counting to ensure adequate stock. Vendor Management: Communicate with suppliers to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and resolve order discrepancies. Data Entry : Utilize MP2 for work orders and inventory control and access for purchasing.Receiving: Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, matching invoices to purchase orders. Collaboration: Work with maintenance, production, and accounting teams to ensure budgetary goals are met. Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
