About The Position

At least two years of experience (preferred) Starting pay is $17.00 per hour Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with 10 scheduled Saturdays per year ESSENTIAL DUTIES (Other duties may be assigned) Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, ensuring exposure to the full product line Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers Pull and fill orders from stock Notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials requiring immediate attention Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders when necessary Notify the Service Advisor and customer when special-ordered parts are received Replenish assigned inventory daily Ensure all internal parts requests are billed on the service repair order Ensure all charged sales are signed by the customer Ensure all customers receive their copy of the invoice Issue credit for returned parts, verifying original invoice or invoice number Keep orderly records of all special-order parts Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered Clean computer terminals and printers daily Participate in all available training programs Stay current on new products and product updates Participate with the Parts Manager in maintaining a lost sales tracking program Maintain a professional appearance Receive cores and warranty parts for credits and returns daily Inspect shipments during loading and unloading for damage and quantity daily Pull all warranty parts when paid and dispose of them properly weekly Pull parts returns and complete appropriate paperwork for credits daily Assist with physical inventory annually Secure the building at close daily Inspect warranty parts returned from technicians for correct quantities;
