About The Position

Group 1 Automotive is a fast-growing leader in automotive retail, and we are looking to add qualified Parts Counter Person to our team at Group 1 Volkswagen of Panama City . Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring they receive the information they need Verify that incoming inventory is properly stocked in designated locations Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department Accurately price parts and accessories using approved pricing sources and ensure the computer system remains up to date Communicate current promotions and specials to customers Exhibit behaviors aligned with the company’s core values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an automotive parts department
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• One (1) or more years of sales experience preferred
