About The Position

As a Parts Counterman, you’ll be the face of our parts department — assisting customers, technicians, and service advisors in locating, ordering, and selling genuine Volvo parts and accessories. This role requires strong communication skills, automotive parts knowledge (or a willingness to learn), and a customer-first attitude.

Requirements

• Prior experience in automotive parts or related retail/customer service preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer-service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail / dealership environment

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with parts catalogs and dealership systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with parts lookup, pricing, and sales
• Identify and order the correct Volvo Genuine Parts and accessories
• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email
• Maintain parts counter inventory and accurate records
• Work with service technicians to supply parts needed for repairs
• Advise customers on part specifications and fitment
