About The Position

Handles parts requirements of customers through counter service and telephone sales.
Responsibilities
- Invoices and pulls parts correctly.
- Places parts in the appropriate area or customer pick-up or delivery.
- Adds Service Department parts to RO and issues to technician in a timely manner.
- Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Advises the customer of any changes to orders such as substitutions or modifications.
- Assists in keeping parts area clean and shelves stocked and orderly.
- Assist with physical stock inventory.
