About The Position

Parts Puller -- UPS Associate is responsible for processing shipments through
UPS and freight.

Requirements

• Work inside the corporate office building and in various plants
• Stand, walk, kneel, and pull packing materials frequently
• Reach with arms and hands
• Forklift experience
• Able to lift and handle up to 70 pounds of material

Responsibilities

• Ability to lead the team and provide back-up to group leader
• Process UPS shipments, freight bill of lading (BOL), and no-charge invoices
• Read orders to be certain that parts pulled and packed for shipment are correct
• Identify correct parts if order is incorrect
• Pack parts for UPS shipment or truck freight
• Measure and weigh shipments
• Organize part stock
• Move materials with forklift when necessary
• Strong data entry skills
• Knowledge of boat parts
• Able to read tape measure and scale
