About The Position

HOLT Truck Centers of Bryan is looking for a full-time Parts Counter Sales Representative. An integral and vital part of the customer service experience is the manner in which parts personnel interact with our customers. This position is crucial to achieving the highest customer satisfaction by performing his / her duties in accordance with current OEM practices and our company’s procedures. Description of Employment: Assist all customers through the front counter or on the phone Find the correct parts in a professional and efficient manner Inform the customer of our entire product line and offerings to ensure they find the right part at the right price Set up orders for either daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up for charge and cash accounts Go the extra mile to help locate any out-of-stock parts from outside vendors or submit an emergency order, if necessary, to help communicate an order Complete all training programs required Keep organized records of all repair orders, invoices, and special orders

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and physical exam
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual - Spanish Speaking Preferred
