About The Position

Automotive Parts Consultant Johnson Motors is looking for a driven motivated individual to join our revenue driving sales force. This position is in the parts department in our service area. Responsibilities

• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself / herself to guaranteeing satisfaction of customers.
• Establish parts sales goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Present a helpful and positive attitude towards assisting customers in their parts needs.
• Have a functional knowledge of vehicles, their mechanical operation & parts.
• Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers.
• Will stay current on all inventory levels, ensuring the right part is available for every customer, every time.
