About The Position

The big picture mission of this position is to optimize gross profit and customer retention as a result of your daily activities with both internal and external customers

Requirements

  • Demonstrate knowledge of all GM and ACDelco products, eCommerce initiatives, warranties and sales programs and promotions
  • Record parts sales through Dealer Management System [DMS]
  • Work with other departments turning a part customer into a parts and service customer
  • Utilize problem solving techniques to accomplish tasks
  • Organize workload consistent with established goals

  • Receiving Parts Collaborate with Other Departments
  • Take Initiative to Solve Problems
  • Manage Time Effectively
