Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in automotive parts or inventory management preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with automotive parts systems and software is a plus.
Good driving record is required.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
Assist customers and technicians in locating and ordering the correct parts.
Process returns and handle warranty claims as necessary.
Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely parts availability.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department.
Perform parts pick up and delivery as required.
