The ideal candidate is a hard-working and motivated person with a background in automotive part sales. Must have at least 2 years of automotive parts sales dealership experience. Bilingual a plus. As a parts associate, the candidate will use the latest electronic catalogs to assist in finding parts for wholesale and retail customers. The parts associate will work with the service department to provide parts for customer paying and warranty repairs and maintenance. We are looking for a team player who is customer focused, values organization, and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of automotive parts sales dealership experience
- Accuracy – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- Active Listening – Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others.
- Customer Oriented – Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
- Honest/Integrity – Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace.
- Working Under Pressure – Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
