Parts and Service Technician
About The Position
The Parts and Service Technician position is for TrailersPlus, the largest factory-owned trailer dealership in the United States with over 80 locations. The company also manufactures Interstate trailers. This role involves inspecting and repairing trailers, installing parts and accessories, receiving and processing shipments, and assisting with the sale and delivery of trailers to customers. Requirements
- Familiarity with basic tools used for trailer repair is a necessity
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Forklift Certification Required (company-paid training available)
- Weld Certification Required (company-paid training available)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Ability to be on your feet for a long period of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
