About The Position

As Parts and Logistics Coordinator at Christian Brothers Automotive, you will provide safe and professional transportation for our guests while managing parts inventory, ordering, and coordination to support efficient shop operations. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experience and keeping daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized front office and lobby area, coordinating team meals, and assisting with miscellaneous shop duties as needed. You will model and support our mission, vision, and core values in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and inventory management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to lift and carry parts as needed (up to 50 lbs).
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude consistent with Christian Brothers’ culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, timely, and professional shuttle service for our guests.
  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Notify management of any shuttle vehicle maintenance needs.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety policies, and company standards.
  • Oversee receiving, processing, and tracking of all incoming and outgoing parts.
  • Manage parts inventory to ensure accuracy and availability for shop operations.
  • Enter parts information into work orders and maintain proper documentation.
  • Order parts from vendors and follow up on returns or warranty claims as needed.
  • Coordinate parts deliveries to and from vendors and between shop locations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies in all parts handling and storage activities.
  • Provide training or guidance to staff regarding parts processes, as needed.
  • Support shop operations with vehicle movement, guest follow-ups, and other duties as assigned.
  • Model and communicate Christian Brothers Automotive’s mission, vision, and core values in all interactions with guests, team members, and vendors.
