About The Position

This role defines and drives P&A system and tooling requirements across Salesforce PRM, Salesforce Communities, SAP, and AI‑powered workflows. You will lead the development of the Partner Engage Portal, support the channel operating model, and enhance partner processes through automation, data quality, and cross‑functional coordination. About the Role: In this opportunity, as Partnerships Systems & Ops Manager you will: Systems & Requirements: Translate P&A business needs into clear requirements for Salesforce PRM, Communities, SAP, and related tools. Partner with commercial excellence, technical teams to prioritize, design, and implement enhancements. Maintain and manage the systems roadmap and feature backlog. Partner Engage Portal: Own business requirements and workflows for the Partner Engage Portal. Optimize partner journeys for registration, onboarding, lead/ referral management, and self‑service. Ensure integrations with CE, analytics, and partner lead management systems. Channel Model & Processes: Support development and rollout of the partner/channel operating model. Align systems and processes with program structure, segmentation, and KPIs. Improve partner reporting, data governance, and dashboard consistency. AI & Automation Enablement: Drive adoption of AI/agentic tools such as Gong, Crossbeam, and internal AI capabilities. Identify automation opportunities across partner workflows to improve speed and efficiency. Cross‑Functional Leadership: Serve as the P&A systems liaison across CE, Engineering, Product, and Analytics. About You: You're a fit for the role of Partnerships Systems & Ops Manager if you have: 5–10+ years in Partner/Channel Ops, Business Systems, Sales Ops, or related roles. Strong experience with Salesforce PRM, Salesforce Communities, CRM workflows, and SAP. Experience defining requirements, writing user stories, and collaborating with technical teams. Understanding of partner lifecycle processes and channel programs. Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional leadership skills. Familiarity with AI tools (Gong, Crossbeam, etc.) and workflow automation.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in Partner/Channel Ops, Business Systems, Sales Ops, or related roles.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce PRM, Salesforce Communities, CRM workflows, and SAP.
