About The Position

We’re seeking a highly execution-focused and analytically driven leader to join our Enterprise Partnerships team at our Dallas–Fort Worth headquarters. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is focused on driving measurable customer acquisition outcomes. You’ll lead the execution and optimization of partner-led B2C acquisition initiatives, partnering closely with internal marketing, analytics, tech, and operations teams to analyze performance, refine strategies, and scale impact through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA plus).
  • 5–7 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, or customer acquisition roles within fintech, payments, credit, lending, insurance, or consumer finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience evaluating acquisition performance and ROI.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and executive-ready presentations.
  • Execution-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution and ongoing optimization of partner-driven, B2C customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned partners and third-party vendors, managing launches, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze acquisition performance, funnel metrics, and partner results to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel-based reporting to monitor campaign performance and support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate cross-functional marketing, analytics, tech, and operations teams to test, refine, and scale acquisition strategies.
  • Work closely with partners to optimize campaign structure, targeting, and incentives to improve ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot performance or operational issues, proactively driving solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Stay informed on consumer acquisition trends, fintech and financial services benchmarks, and partner best practices to inform strategy and execution.
