As the Partnerships & Growth Manager, youâll report directly to our Head of Partnerships & Commercialization and help power the engine behind Thaloâs commercial growth. Youâll translate strategy into structured execution, driving pipeline clarity, strengthening outreach discipline, and ensuring every conference, lead conversation, and external engagement moves us closer to revenue. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role that blends operational rigor with selective external engagement. You may be building segmented lead lists, refining CRM workflows, or developing commercial materials one day, and representing Thalo at a conference or supporting a product demo the next.
