About The Position

Turning Point USA is seeking a highly driven and motivated individual who is interested in joining TPUSA’s Partnerships Team. This individual will work closely with internal departments to execute, track, and manage sponsorship logistics and deliverables. The candidate must be extremely organized, professional, and punctual as they will be interacting with high-level executives, talent/personalities, and business leaders.

Requirements

1+ years of professional experience.
Be in close personal alignment with the mission and principles of TPUSA.
Possess interpersonal maturity and strong relationship building skills.
Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Be adept in managing multiple relationships and competing priorities.
Be able to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet goals.

Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience or degree in a business, marketing or any related major (Degree not required)
Previous attendance at a TPUSA event, or other relevant TPUSA involvement
Knowledge of Google products or other relevant customer relationship management systems

Responsibilities

Coordinating partnership logistics for TPUSA events, podcasts, and influencer events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Managing deliverables for current event and podcast sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and delivering the highest level of customer service.
Collaborating with the Events and Production departments to develop and deliver sponsorship deliverables.
Coordinating with the Graphic Design team to ensure the timely creation and distribution of event and sponsorship collateral, including materials for live events and podcasts.
Overseeing the production and distribution of event and sponsor-related materials, ensuring all content is accurate, high-quality, and delivered on time.
Managing the logistics for sponsor participation in events and podcasts, including booth setup, speaker coordination, and promotional materials.
Maintaining accurate records of sponsor commitments, contracts, and payments, and ensuring timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Using project management tools to track key timelines, deliverables, and sponsor interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Collaborating with the Events team to ensure all sponsor needs are met, including logistics for on-site activation, digital promotions, and event experiences.
Supporting the execution of sponsorship agreements and contracts, ensuring that all deliverables and obligations are tracked and fulfilled.
Reviewing partnership performance and key logistics metrics to optimize processes and improve future event outcomes.
