What You Will Do: Create and maintain key relationships with Partners’, as well as PW Engineering, ESTO, Procurement, and support organizations to resolve production challenges in a high paced environment. Manage partner Corrective Action Board (CAB). Verifying effectiveness and adherence to quality plans with various partners such as MTU and JAEC. Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality evaluation, control systems, and protocols for materials being processed into partially finished or finished products. Utilize QLIK/ SAP to Mine QN data (non-conformances, turnback’s, open tasking etc.) and pareto. Investigation management support- participation in team meetings, support of gathering information and review of population, root cause and corrective actions. Support Partnership Quality Standard Work development. Active engagement and ownership in RCCA/8D follow up. Analyzes and makes recommendations for corrective actions for nonconformities and/or design problems for partnership produced products & processes. Ensure partnerships documenting and maintaining AS9145 Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) elements (e.g. PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow, and Control Plans, etc.). Manages processes to ensure all requirements are met for work transfer and process change management including Resourcing Gate, Manufacturing Readiness Level Planning and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) acceptance. Reviews process control documentation from partnership companies to ensure it is following requirements, objectives, and/or contracts. Ensure that projects and process control documentation are compliant with requirements, objectives, and/or contracts.
