Entreprenista Media is the leading community and media platform for women founders. With 3,000+ private members, a growing digital footprint, large-scale events, and partnerships with brands, our mission is to help women build, scale, and operate their companies. We’re looking for a Partnership Sales Manager who will drive at least $1M in annual sponsorship and partnership revenue across Entreprenista’s media properties, events, podcasts, newsletters, and community programs. This is a revenue-producing role for someone who is equal parts hunter and relationship builder—comfortable with cold outreach, high-volume activity, and nurturing long-term partnerships with brands that support women entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate is proactive, scrappy, organized, and excited by the idea of building and refining a sales engine inside a rapidly growing women-focused media and events brand. The compensation for this role is $60K base + commission. If sales targets are met, full compensation is $110K+ and benefits.
