Are you ready to make an impact? West Monroe is seeking an experienced Partnership Alliances Manager (PAM) to join our Go-to-Market team. You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances with key technology partners such as Salesforce, Open AI, AWS, and Databricks. Your primary objective will be to enhance our digital services offerings and drive revenue growth through collaboration and mutual value creation within a portfolio of partners. To fuel accelerated growth and outcomes, West Monroe encourages innovation by exploring and expanding alliance partnerships. You will build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, fostering effective communication and collaboration, and lead key facets of Go-To-Market activities. Internally, you will coordinate across Lines of Business and Shared Services to align efforts of business development and client engagement. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting progress to senior management will also be essential to the position’s success.
