About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and revenue-focused Partnership Manager to drive growth through high-impact resale partnerships across North America. This role carries quota responsibility and requires close collaboration with field sales teams, executives, and partners to generate and influence pipeline. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and can translate partnership strategies into measurable revenue outcomes. You will own the end-to-end partnership motion, from joint account planning and deal registration to executive engagement and enablement. This role is pivotal for scaling resale initiatives and establishing frameworks for future partnerships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel management, alliances, or field sales within SaaS.
  • Direct experience working with Five9 or similar partner ecosystems is required.
  • Proven ability to carry revenue quota and influence pipeline through partnerships.
  • Strong executive presence and credibility in field-facing roles.
  • Deep understanding of resale and ISV partner motions, ideally in CCaaS, contact center, or CX technology.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow revenue through strategic resale partnerships, managing both sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Align with regional sales teams, embedding in field operations to facilitate joint selling motions and uncover whitespace opportunities.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships, participate in business reviews, and align on GTM priorities and pipeline strategy.
  • Ensure deal registration discipline, accurate forecasting, and CRM compliance.
  • Deliver enablement programs, co-branded campaigns, and product awareness initiatives to partner teams.
  • Drive program scalability and identify opportunities to mature the resale partnership model.
