About The Position

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Technical Advisor — AI to drive AI-enabled partner growth through deep, AI/ML architecture expertise, strategic business development, and ecosystem-wide thought leadership. This is a senior technical strategist role focused on helping partners build differentiated AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform — from agent architecture and model selection through RAG design, multimodal AI, and AI-first solution commercialization. Your expertise extends beyond ServiceNow capabilities to encompass the full AI ecosystem — foundation models, open-source frameworks, competing platforms — enabling you to guide partners on hybrid architectures and multi-vendor AI strategies that position ServiceNow as the enterprise AI platform of choice.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 8+ years pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting experience with proven success leading technical discovery, POCs, and partner workshops.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with AI/ML architecture, model development, and deployment; deep expertise in foundation models, agent frameworks, and RAG architectures.
  • Expert-level knowledge of enterprise platform architecture and AI capabilities; experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the broader AI ecosystem beyond any single platform, including major AI providers and open-source frameworks.
  • Deep expertise in AI adoption patterns for at least two industry verticals (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Sector).
  • Proven experience engaging with CAIO/CDO/CTO-level technical executives and articulating complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems (GSIs, SIs, ISVs) and understanding partner business models and co-selling dynamics.
  • Track record of external thought leadership including conference presentations, published content, or industry recognition.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

Responsibilities

  • AI Architecture & Solution Co-Creation: Provide expertise across agentic AI architectures, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and multimodal AI; build reusable co-innovation assets including solution templates, vertical blueprints etc; and influence AI product roadmap via structured feedback loops with product teams.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Lead AI technical workshops and executive engagements with CAIO/CDO/CTO & co-design solution architectures; execute strategic proofs of concept(s), deliver tailored demonstrations of Now Assist and AI Agents, remove technical blockers at critical deal milestones.
  • Partner AI Capability Building: Design and deliver AI architecture training, workshops, and executive briefings that build partner capability; mentor partner architects on AI engineering, prompt design, and agent development; assess and mature partner AI competencies; and represent ServiceNow's AI innovation at industry events and thought leadership forums.
  • Business Growth & Value Realization: Collaborate with Partner Technical Advisors on AI-focused joint business planning, guide partners from concept to commercialization while connecting AI architecture to measurable business outcomes—efficiency gains, revenue impact, and ROI—with clear monetization pathways and value narratives.
  • AI Ecosystem Intelligence: Maintain expert-level knowledge of the broader AI ecosystem—OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, AWS, Anthropic, and open-source frameworks; foundational to intermediate data & analytics knowledge; foundational knowledge to ensure responsible AI design with governance and safety guardrails
