By fostering collaboration, managing complex relationships, and championing change, the Partner Success Manager enables seamless execution of shared strategies, such as EMR (Electronic Medical Records) optimization, interoperability, and clinical workflow enhancements, while maintaining a focus on partner satisfaction and organizational growth. Key responsibilities include establishing governance frameworks, managing program portfolios, overseeing financial performance, and leading change management efforts. The Partner Success Manager is expected to bring a strong command of healthcare IT, program execution, and stakeholder engagement to accelerate transformation initiatives such as Epic transitions, joint venture integrations, and AI pilots.
