Mudflap is looking for a Partner Success Manager to support and grow our network of independent fuel partners. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for our independent merchants — helping them succeed on the Mudflap platform by driving engagement, resolving issues, and ensuring they see value from the partnership. You’ll build strong relationships, provide proactive consultation, and work cross-functionally with Ops, Product, Success, Support, and Sales to improve the partner experience. This is an ideal role for someone who’s customer-obsessed, organized, and passionate about helping small businesses thrive.
