Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–6 years of experience in account management, client success, or partnership management, with a proven record of growth and renewals
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Experience with contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling in B2B or B2C environments
  • Knowledge of workforce development, training solutions, and education program management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly
  • Self-directed, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as required
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and commitment to partner-focused solutions

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned enterprise partners, ensuring long-term success and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client support, proactively resolving issues and providing guidance on solution adoption
  • Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of services within existing partner organizations
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and resolution of client challenges
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess partner engagement, satisfaction, and success, providing actionable insights for account strategy
  • Support business reviews and reporting with partners, highlighting performance, areas for improvement, and opportunities for further collaboration
  • Gather and communicate partner feedback to inform continuous improvement of programs, services, and solutions
