Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up with new partner leads to establish contact, answer questions, and guide them through the onboarding process
  • Convert interested leads into active, engaged partners
  • Educate new partners on our products, tools, and available resources to ensure confidence and success
  • Support partners through their first few installations and help them build momentum
  • Respond to incoming calls and partner inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Manage a small portfolio of assigned partners and guide them through defined growth milestones
  • Help partners set clear goals and action plans to deepen their engagement and increase success
  • Ensure partners are properly trained and certified on both technical and program-related requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during their early growth phase
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner activity and progress in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal sales and account teams to ensure a smooth transition as partners grow and advance
