About The Position

In this role, you will serve as a key representation of VaxCare, responsible for ensuring the seamless adoption and integration of our technology platform across our partner network. Your primary objective will be to empower healthcare partners to optimize patient care, driving the triple aim of healthcare: improved outcomes, reduced costs, and an enhanced patient experience. As the Partner Success Manager, Virtual (PSM), you will focus on managing a portfolio of dedicated accounts through strategic virtual engagements as well as being a critical in person piece of our enterprise and large account onboarding process through the execution of our onsite Go Live play. The team member will be dedicated to establishing oneself as a dependable and trusted advisor who understands their Partner’s business and immunization program goals and can accelerate the Partner’s time to efficiently maximize value realization from VaxCare’s technology platform via routine virtual engagements. This includes managing the partner relationship, driving product adoption, acting as the Voice of the Partner (VOP), and meeting specific performance metrics within a portfolio of accounts. Also, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive, high-quality training to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize VaxCare’s platform. You will manage and facilitate in person go-live sessions for large-scale Health System partners, ensuring partners are fully equipped to implement and leverage the technology. Requirements

  • Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on partner (customer) and business needs
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to communicate partner (customer) feedback and drive actions based on that feedback
  • History of using data to drive and prove results
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (with emphasis on vaccinations) is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including potential of overnight travel when partner is out of state
  • Typical travel week will include in-partner trainings from Monday through Friday
  • Typical month will likely include 1-2 weeks of out of state travel, and 1-2 weeks of in state travel
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Reliable, well organized and great at time and priority management
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively with end-users
  • Scrappiness, grit, integrity – whatever-it-takes to ensure programs to ultimately deliver better outcomes for partner, patient and VaxCare success in line with company values and policies
  • Natural curiosity to understand the “what’s”, “why’s”, and “how’s” of our business

Responsibilities

  • Execute partner engagement strategies that develop healthy and engaging relationships on a portfolio of partners. Establish yourself as a “trusted advisor” that the partner can count on to help them achieve their business objectives
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Metrics that are aligned to partner and VaxCare success to include volume growth, adherence, upsells to new programs, partner satisfaction and partner attrition
  • Develop, execute, and proactively manage Partner Success Plans (PSPs) aimed at ensuring that each partners agreed upon vaccine program outcomes and business goals are consistently met
  • Act as the partner advocate / Voice of the Partner (VOP) by acquiring partner feedback and ensuring that feedback is internally communicated and acted upon
  • Use tools & resources with supporting data to drive better product adoption and objectives
  • Provide internal feedback when requested to help develop solutions that advance VaxCare and the Partner Success Management organization.
  • Independently lead & execute partner go-live trainings with discretion, ensuring partners are empowered to manage successful vaccine programs through VaxCare’s technologies while applying best practice recommendations, adjusting training strategies based on partner needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, addressing challenges in real-time during training sessions
  • Tailor training solutions, while working with internal teams, to design and deliver training that maximizes partner value from the VaxCare platform.
  • Manage key projects that enable the success of both VaxCare and the partner.
