Role Overview As the Partner Success Lead (UK Preferred), you will be responsible for creating and executing a best-in-class partner success framework designed to drive maximum value for Loot Labs and our partners. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has a proven track record of building and scaling success functions from the ground up. You will serve as the primary point of contact for B2B partners, ensuring each partnership is nurtured, optimized, and supported. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Loot Labs’ partner experience and delivering against our ambitious growth plans.
