About The Position

biBerk is seeking an experienced Partner Service Supervisor to lead and support service teams that assist our licensed partners and commercial insurance customers. This role focuses on team leadership, operational execution, and performance management while ensuring a consistent, high-quality service experience aligned with biBerk standards. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with employees required to work onsite three (3) days per week.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
  • Insurance industry experience required
  • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a customer service or operations environment
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, coaching, and service-driven KPIs
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop partner service teams to achieve performance, quality, and service-level targets
  • Provide daily coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team leaders and service staff
  • Ensure teams maintain strong knowledge of biBerk commercial lines products and the small to medium business segments we serve
  • Oversee daily workflows to ensure timely completion of partner and customer inquiries, leads, tasks, and phone calls
  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to identify trends and coaching opportunities
  • Create, document, track, and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and time-off management to support service needs
  • Communicate service goals, expectations, and operational updates clearly to assigned teams
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to share service insights, process improvements, and industry trends
  • Maintain accurate product and process documentation within Salesforce and internal knowledge systems
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable team environment that reflects the biBerk brand
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees to support future leadership needs
