Partner Services & Fulfillment Specialist
About The Position
At Jewish Voice Ministries International, we proclaim the Gospel of Yeshua (Jesus) to the Jew first (Romans 1:16) and serve through global outreach and ministry. We're seeking a motivated, adaptable team member to support both Partner Services and Product Fulfillment/Warehouse operations. This unique role blends relational communication with practical operations. Your day will include engaging directly with ministry partners-responding to questions, processing gifts, and supporting prayer needs-while also helping ensure that ministry resources and products are shipped accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Serve ministry partners by phone, email, and mail-responding to inquiries, processing donations, and updating accounts.
- Resolve partner concerns with care and accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and ship products with excellence and timeliness.
- Maintain organized inventory and support warehouse operations.
- Assist with mail processing and distribution.
