As the market leader in Germany and France, we recently launched in the U.S. and have a rapidly growing network of 4,000 studio and gym partners. About the Role: We are seeking a Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to help rapidly scale our studio and gym footprint. The PSM will join as a key member of the Supply Team, responsible for working with fitness providers from start to finish, including researching new opportunities, initial outreach, contract negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition for onboarding.

Requirements

  • You're an entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, juggles multiple priorities with ease, and is organized and adaptable in an evolving landscape.
  • You bring 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding monthly targets.
  • You're an exceptional written and verbal communicator who is not afraid to cold call, listens actively, and builds rapport with partners through empathy and understanding.
  • You're a creative, out-of-the-box problem-solver who can devise innovative solutions to meet partner needs.
  • You have experience with Salesforce and email marketing tools, and you collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize and scale sales workflows.
  • You're a collaborative team player who shares knowledge, works seamlessly with others, and helps drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • You have a passion for fitness and wellness, and relationships with fitness providers are a strong plus.
  • You are located and available to work remotely in Austin, Dallas or Houston, Texas.
  • This role requires up to 15% travel (including international travel).

Responsibilities

  • You will proactively research and connect with fitness providers via phone, email, social media, and industry events to build meaningful partnerships.
  • You will stay ahead of the competitive landscape, understanding pricing and product differentiators so you can clearly communicate Wellpass' unique value.
  • You will own the full sales cycle—from generating leads and prospecting, to pitching, negotiating pricing, and executing contracts.
  • You will collaborate closely with operations and marketing to keep communications consistent and ensure every partner's onboarding is a success.
  • You will keep Salesforce up to date with accurate and timely information to support growth and strategic decision-making.
