About The Position

Identifies opportunities and creates team performance strategy by assessing team dynamics; builds team capability, consults on strategies to build high-performing teams Enables talent effectiveness by coaching leaders and professionals using growth mindset principles and partners with leaders, including senior leaders, to address performance concerns with urgency Leads the successful implementation of all PRO-related programs, initiatives and priorities Partners with COEs in a feedback loop to identify and review organizational opportunities to implement and improve culture, health, and engagement within teams Experience in dealing with ambiguous situations and challenges each and every day in a fast-moving, fast-paced environment Ability to connect quickly with all levels of leaders and influence positive outcomes that drive results Ability to work independently and make confident decisions without all needed and necessary information Experience leveraging existing resources to create new and improved processes and systems to support new unique business units Develops and leads a holistic talent plan so leaders have a clear talent plan focused on talent management, succession planning, building and developing talent, and identifying strategies for closing capability gap.
