As the HRBP for Product and Engineering, you will be the primary thought partner to our CTO and SVP, Product. You won't just "handle HR requests”, you will sit at the intersection of talent strategy and technical execution. You will ensure our engineering pods are structured for velocity, our product leaders are coached for high-stakes decision-making, and our talent bar remains high as we launch new AI products. In this role you will have the opportunity to tackle a variety of complex problems. On a Tuesday, you might spend the morning coaching a Director on a difficult performance conversation, the afternoon helping the CTO re-org an engineering pod to hit a Q3 shipping goal, and the evening analyzing whether our senior engineer compensation is keeping us competitive against the market.
