About The Position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement our strategy through the execution of plant HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined employee group, by partnering with respective managers in our production facility. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with your business leaders and employees. You will be involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the areas of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business. You will help set the stage for continuous improvement of HR processes while being a role model for our core values.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study
  • 5 or more years of related experience is required, including 3 or more years of experience in an HRBP role in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Experience driving organizational changes
  • Has in-depth knowledge of the HR function
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including employee/labor relations, compensation, DEI, and employment law
  • Handles sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Resolves conflict effectively through coaching and collaboration.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. Skilled in delivering clear and engaging presentations.
  • Uses HR data to support sound, evidence-based decisions. Brings confidence, curiosity, and sound judgment to complex challenges.
  • Ask probing questions and effectively discover symptoms and root causes of problems.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the leaders of the assigned employee group to implement, administer, educate, and deliver on HR services, programs, training, and policies and/or practices that support the business and HR objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and coaching.
  • Combines consultative partnership, operational execution, and proactive problem-solving to support engagement, retention, and employee development in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and drive behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area.
  • Manage employee relations including investigation and developing solutions that result in fair and timely conflict resolution.
