The Partner Program Manager, Service Track is responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing global partner programs that drive engagement, enablement, and revenue growth across service-oriented partners — including System Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), and Customer Success partners. This role acts as a strategic connector between partner strategy and execution, collaborating across product, sales, marketing, operations, and enablement teams. The individual in this position will lead cross-functional initiatives, define scalable program frameworks, and leverage AI-driven insights and automation to evolve offerings that deliver measurable value to both partners and the business. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Partner Programs and Success.
