The Partner, Portfolio Lead, Public Sector Managed Services will have accountability for growth and delivery of the portfolio. He/she will be responsible for engaging with public sector account team across all industry segments account teams to identify and qualify opportunities, drive the solutioning and capture, and ensure successful delivery outcomes. His/her success will be gauged by portfolio growth, client satisfaction, proactive issue and risk management, the achievement of financial performance in line with the financial plan, and the adoption of emerging technologies. Engage with public sector account teams to identify and qualify opportunities. Drive the end-to-end process – from lead qualification and solutioning to capture and delivery. Establish and manage the appropriate delivery organization to support client objectives. Establish the appropriate delivery governance structure and cadence, both internally and with the client. Assist with development of pricing and deal structure for new offerings. P&L accountability for the portfolio. Ensure contractual compliance and commercial rigor. Develop and grow the next generation of delivery leaders. Drive high levels of people engagement by maintaining a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Work closely with GMS leaders, Segments and Corporate Functions to drive the adoption of commercial best practices across the entire sales and delivery lifecycle. Establish collaborative working relationships across all GMS stakeholders and client teams. Continually assess delivery organization scalability needs.
