About The Position

Within Nintendo of America (NOA)'s Consumer Marketing department, this CONTRACT position is a temporary backfill to maintain continuity across various projects. Reporting to the current Senior Principal, this role will be broadly responsible across low-level program management across multiple key partnership projects, with a strong focus on leading execution via partners and internal teams. This role will also dotted-line to Sr. Partnership Lead, for support across their projects as well, again, focused on lower-level project and program management tasks. Baseline tasks would be largely operational in nature (such as scheduling, internal functions such as AM and product orders (but also include partner-facing communication around asset approvals, day-to-day engagement with external partners, and potentially limited travel to oversee simple event executions.

Requirements

  • Four or more years of experience in agency or corporate marketing, business development, or related/transferable consumer marketing experience
  • Proven record of leading and resolving complex business negotiations with positive results
  • Proven record of coordinating efforts for successful fully-integrated national brand partnerships and consumer promotions with significant market/consumer impact
  • Effective communication skills: ability to ask probing questions, listening to learn, and reading/adjusting communication approach based on the audience and situation
  • Critical thinker able to identify action items and interdependencies
  • Proven ability to understand promotional strategies and tactics to ensure feasibility of core ideas
  • Ability to manage details, competing priorities, and work both independently as well as in cross-functional team dynamic
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
