Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in partner, account, or marketing communications roles.
  • Proven experience managing integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and client management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience presenting to and collaborating directly with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing and project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, Jira, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe CMS, WordPress, and analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end partner marketing programs, including planning, execution, workflows, prioritization, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage budgets, vendor agreements, financial reporting, and resource allocation in collaboration with Finance and Sales teams.
  • Lead partner-facing meetings such as planning sessions, QBRs, and initiative reviews to support retention and growth goals.
  • Develop partner-specific marketing strategies, messaging frameworks, content calendars, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain partner marketing processes, documentation, and compliance standards, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Analyze program and partner performance, producing insights, ROI reports, and optimization recommendations.
  • Support onboarding of new partners and the development of strategic marketing roadmaps.
