Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing or advertising role
  • 2-3 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, product marketing, or ecosystem marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing product launches through partners.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-management abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking performance and making decisions.
  • Experience working with large enterprise or OEM partners (e.g., Panasonic, Dell, Zebra, Samsung).
  • Background in SaaS, hardware, mobility, or B2B technology environments.
  • Experience managing MDF budgets and partner tiering structures.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner go-to-market plans for new products, feature releases, solution bundles, and strategic initiatives.
  • Create partner-ready value propositions, messaging, and positioning aligned with product and sales priorities.
  • Coordinate launch timelines and deliverables across internal teams and partner organizations.
  • Produce co-branded collateral, sales assets, training content, and communications to support launches.
  • Build and maintain a complete partner enablement toolkit, including playbooks, product guides, sales materials, and training modules.
  • Deliver regular partner briefings, webinars, and updates to ensure accurate product knowledge and consistent messaging.
  • Support partner sales teams with assets that improve readiness and increase joint win rates.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with priority partners, including email, digital, social, content, events, and paid programs.
  • Manage MDF/co-op funding requests, budgets, and reporting.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance to increase partner-sourced opportunities and pipeline contribution.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Management to ensure alignment and communication consistency.
  • Develop strong working relationships with partner marketing teams to support ongoing collaboration and execution.
  • Produce partner-focused content including announcements, launch communications, newsletters, and product updates.
  • Maintain an organized partner resource hub or portal with current and accurate assets.
  • Ensure all partner materials follow brand, messaging, and compliance guidelines.
  • Monitor performance of partner launches, co-marketing programs, and partner engagement activities.
  • Provide regular reporting on KPIs, including sourced pipeline, campaign results, and utilization of partner resources.
  • Identify areas to improve effectiveness and refine processes across the partner marketing function.
